Young people across Western Australia now have access to a range of information to further their financial literacy and support them towards financial independence thanks to the launch of My Money My Life.

The publication is a collaboration between the Department of Communities and the City of Joondalup and a great example of two agencies coming together to make a popular local publication accessible to young people across the State.

My Money My Life provides a wealth of information relevant to young people in Western Australia at some of the key turning points in their lives.

It is filled with practical information and advice around the transition from school to further education, moving out of home, buying a first car, getting a mobile phone or a credit card, as well as other important topics.

The up-to-date information is available in a booklet format and online, making it more accessible and user friendly.

My Money My Life's information provides young people with support to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
